Dearest Family...The news of Ron passing has saddened me. Ron played a big part in my life and the memories of going "around the wall" to go for a horseback ride will be with me forever. The memories of riding with Reg and Ron telling us not to be gone long. Even the last time we were home. in 2000, I had to make it a point of going up on the range for a ride and touch base with Ron, Reg, Gladys and all the crew. A pillar of the community he will surely be missed. Rod and Debbie Thoms Orangeville Ontario

To the Earle Family. I was just checking out web sites of Carbonear and found this one of Ron. I had no idea of Ron's passing. I send my deepest sympathy, thoughts and Prayers. I remember very well to years I spent associated with the Earle family. Each and every one of you has a very special place in my heart. Your place was like a second home to me. There are so many great memories of your family. I can remember one of when Ron came out to Silver Birch Music camp to pick us up and driving back we hit the worse rainstorm I have ever witnessed and Ron had such a calmness about him and he got us safely home. To this day I still remember that. I moved away from Carbonear 25 years ago, but your family has forever and will continue to be in my thoughts. With Love and Respect Jim Gosse

To the family, May God bless you all. So sorry to here about your loss. He was truly one of the most kindest ,loveable unique personalities I have had the pleasure to meet. With his fond love of animals and chrildren, has placed him in the hearts of many. My grandfather, Lionel Dean was one of his really good friends growing up. I remember the stories my grandfather told me about he and Mr. Earle. They both loved horses. My grandfather is in Thunder Bay ont. He is orginally from Victoria. So I send this message on behalf of him. For myself I would like to say , that Mr. Earle was a wonderful man, he had placed alot of joy in my heart everytime I would come to ride on his horses. Just this summer I had brought my own daughter there as well. He will be forever missed and loved.

To the EARLE FAMILY Just heard of RON's passing this evening and I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I grew up on the road with all of you and many a time I hooked a ride on the horse and cart on our way home from school perhaps it had something to do with being in the same school class with Linda, but Ron was always very obliging and in all the while I knew him he never had a bad word to say about anybody or anything even years ago when he drove taxi. I would like at this time to offer our deepest sympathy and just to let you know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers and this very difficult time. DEREK & CATHY OATES CORNER BROOK
