GREENE, Leonard - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, March 4, 2004, Leonard Greene of Carbonear, age 74 years. Predeceased by parents: Elijah and Christina; brother: Henry and sister: Nina. Leaving to mourn, wife: Delilah; three daughters: Marilyn (Brian) Vickers, Ajax, ON, Audrey (Kenneth) Tucker, Carbonear and Maxine (Jag) Soin, Whitehorse, Yukon; three sons: Erwin (Wanda), Carbonear, Henry J. (Rhoda) and Leonard Keith, both of Moncton, NB; eleven grandchildren: Justin, Jason, Ryan, Amanda, Shalane, Candace, Kyle, Jesse, Curtis, Alex and Maya; one great-grandchild: Nathan; one brother: John (Mabel), Raleigh; one sister: Alice (Amaziah) Patey, River of Ponds; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Sunday, March 7. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
