PENNY, Annie Mercedes - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, May 5, 2004, Annie Mercedes Penny of Harbour Grace, age 80 years. Predeceased by husband: Victor, June 2002; daughter: Audrey, May 2003; twin sisters: Dora and Minnie; brother: Herb. Leaving to mourn one daughter: Alfreda (Don) Noseworthy, Whitby, ON; one son: Robert (Ivy), Toronto, ON; four grandchildren: Jeanine Noseworthy, Phillip Noseworthy, Trevor (Andrea) Penny and Robinn (Greg) Bennett; three great-grandchildren: Cameron Penny, Stowe Penny and Landon Bennett; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE until 12:00 noon Saturday, May 8. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Flowers gratefully accepted, or as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
