MOORE, Harry F. ' March 1914 ' July 2004. Passed away peacefully, in the presence of his loving family, at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, July 16, 2004, Harry F. Moore of Carbonear, age 90 years. An avid rock and bricklayer until the age of 82. Predeceased by his loving wife: Verna (Pike); infant daughter: Beverley; daughter-in-law: Sue, and brothers: Robert and Clifford. Leaving to mourn his loss are his three daughters: Shirley (Ronald) Holden, Mount Pearl, Margaret (Kevin) Drover, Carbonear and Valerie (Leo) Green, St. John's; three sons: Calvin (Linda Morris), Halifax, NS, Geoffrey (Karen), Clarenville and Derrick (Tracey), Ottawa, ON; twelve grandchildren: Beverly, Debbie, Lisa, Kenneth, Derek, Dwayne, MacKenzie, Tara, Kenzie, Jeffrey, Gina and Christian; four great-grandchildren: Stephen, Jessica, Emily and Sarah; one sister: Florence Graham, London, ON; as well as numerous other caring relatives and friends. He will be sadly missed by the staff of Short Stop Foods, Carbonear South, to whom he paid his daily visits. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Monday, July 19. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Park Avenue United Cemetery, Carbonear South. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in Harry's memory may be made to the Trinity Conception Placentia Health Foundation.
