CLARKE, Frank D. - Passed suddenly away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, July 19, 2004, Frank D. Clarke of Carbonear, age 74 years. Predeceased by parents: William and Martha; sister: Helen and brothers: Jim and Fred. Leaving to mourn, wife: Beatrice; one daughter: Lillian (Ralph) Gosse, St. John's; one son: Gordon (Gwen), Topsail; three grandchildren: Donald (Cheryl), Crystal and Jennifer; one brother: David (Sandra) Clarke, Carbonear; brother-in-law: Ed Sampson, Carbonear; sister-in-law: Audrey Clarke, Mount Pearl; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Thursday, July 22. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
