PYE, Florence M. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, August 10, 2004, Florence M. Pye of Harbour Grace, age 90 years. Predeceased by husband: Reuben G. Leaving to mourn two daughters: Shirley Reid, Calgary, AB and Linda Oliver (Aubrey Crane), Harbour Grace; four sons: Stanley (Elva), Harbour Grace, Dougal (Dorothy), Corner Brook, Chesley (Edith), Bristol's Hope and Donald (Maxine), Carbonear; thirteen grandchildren: Gordon (Annette), Suzanne (Dennis), Jackie (Chris), Andrea (Paul), Kevin (Alice), Karen (Shawn), Reuben (Carrie), Paul (Linda), Michelle (Eric), Sharon (Tom), Karl (Michelle), Lisa (Herb) and Krystle; eight step-grand-children: Lisa, Donna, Laura, Allison (Dwayne), Michael (Tammy), Steve (Philomena), Scott (Sue) and Doug (Joanne); sixteen great-grandchildren: Christina, Connor, Eric, David, Jonathan, Alexis, Andrew, Joshua, Michael, Shelby, Phillip, McKenzie, Amanda, Nicole, Chesley and Chelsea; nine step-great-grandchildren: Victoria, Stephen, Robyn, Rebecca, Rachael, Victoria, Camryn, Andrew and Haley; one sister: Alma Pye, Lodge Bay; sister-in-law: Pearl Pye, Goose Bay; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE until 12:00 noon Thursday, August 12. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church Restoration Fund.
