STONE, Laura Winnifred 'Winnie' - Passed peacefully away at the Escasoni Complex, St. John's on Saturday, August 28, 2004, Laura Winnifred 'Winnie' Stone of Harbour Grace, age 81 years. Predeceased by husband: Roland; son: Peter; daughter: Cathy; sisters: Evelyn and Dot; brother: Robert. Leaving to mourn, four daughters: Daphne (Bruce) Bradbury, Bay Roberts, Faye (David) Andrews, Harbour Grace, Cindy (Jim) Case, St. John's and Jackie (Doug) Puddicombe, Calgary, AB; two sons: Bob (Joan) and Clarence (Peggy), both of St. John's; eleven grandchildren: Donnie (Tina), Peggy (Rick), Robert, Emily, Joshua, Ryan, Jessica, Nancy (David), David (Colleen), Jennifer and Michael; two great-grandchildren: Zackary and Doyle; two sisters: Grace Flight, Massachusetts, USA and Kay Sheppard, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE until 12:00 noon Tuesday, August 31. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, Hr. Grace.
