PARSONS, Glenys E. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, September 3, 2004, Glenys E. Parsons of Freshwater, Carbonear, age 54 years. Predeceased by father: Cyril W. Butt and brother-in-law: William Parsons. Leaving to mourn, husband: Frank F.; one daughter: Allison (Michael 'Ernie') Reynolds, Chaulk River, ON; one son: Robert (Kimberly), Victoria; two grandchildren: Bailee and Kelsie; mother: Edith Butt, Carbonear; two brothers: Bruce, St. John's and Derrick, Toronto, ON; one sister: Joanne (Charles) Archibald, Harbour Grace; brothers-in-law: Reg (Elaine) Saunders, Carbonear, Sidney (Joan) Parsons, St. John's, Eric Parsons (Yvonne Clarke), David (Jean) Parsons and John (Mary) Parsons, all of Freshwater, Carbonear; sister-in-law: Nellie Parsons, Robert's Arm; special friends: Errol (Corrine) Peddle, Bristol's Hope; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Sunday, September 5. Funeral service to follow at 2:30 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Freshwater, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the United Church Family Room Fund, Freshwater, Carbonear.
