ANTLE, Edward 'Ed' - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, October 4, 2004, Edward 'Ed' Antle of Victoria, age 52 years. Predeceased by parents: Joshua and Dorothy. Leaving to mourn, wife: Velma; one daughter: Jennifer (Chris) Layden, Edmonton, AB; one son: Scott (Tanya), Edmonton, AB; three grandchildren: Stephanie, Luke and Joshua; two brothers: Elihu (Gloria) and Frank (Bev), both of Victoria; three sisters: Merina (Gregory) Murray, Diana (Wayne) Dean and Elizabeth (Terry) Jackson, all of Victoria; brothers-in-law: Oral (Martina) Summers and Lloyd (Winnie) Summers, both of Victoria and Eric (Denise) Summers, Brampton, ON; sisters-in-law: Elizabeth (Ron) Stevenson, Harbour Grace, Marg (John) Penney, St. John's, Jeanette (Boyd) Ralph, Port de Grave, Olive (Mel) Fergerson, Brampton, ON, Phyllis (Bill) Rumboldt, Coley's Point and Florence (Dave) Sheppard, Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Wednesday, October 6. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. No flowers by request; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Ed Antle Memorial Fund for a charity to be decided later.
