FITZGERALD, John M. 'Jack' - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, October 28, 2004, John M. 'Jack' Fitzgerald of Western Bay, age 64 years. Predeceased by wife: Carol Anne; grandson: Brandon; sister: Mary. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Jacqueline (Ron) Penney, Salmon Cove and Shendy Fitzgerald, Conception Bay South; two sons: John (Michelle) and Stephen (Elsie), both of Western Bay; four grandchildren: Matthew, Sydney, Brittany and Joshua; five brothers: William (Loretta), Job's Cove, James (Marian), Wabush, Thomas (Marg), Branford, ON, Ray and Robert, both of St. John's; three sisters: Gertrude (Rod Demarce), Western Bay, Lucy (Dave Kennedy), Portugal Cove, Rose Fitzgerald, St. John's; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, Main Highway, Western Bay and from where the funeral will take place on Saturday, October 30 at 1:30 p.m. Mass to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Western Bay. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Lupus Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
