Obituary of Bride Maddox

MADDOX, Bride Frances - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, November 21, 2004, Bride Frances Maddox of Harbour Grace, formerly of King's Cove, age 90 years. Predeceased by parents: George and Bridget; brothers: Thomas, Frank, William , George, Michael and James; sister: Mame; lifelong employer: Monsignor Joseph M. O'Brien. Leaving to mourn special friends: Fr. James Beresford, Placentia, Ralph and Florence Davis, Eileen Reynolds, Eileen Kelly, Andrew and Jean Marie Peddle, all of Harbour Grace, Maude Batterton and family, Ed and Moira Schurman and family, Hilda Ryan and family and Ann Maddox, all of King's Cove, also a number of cousins as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE on Monday, November 22 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. and from where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, November 23 at 9:30 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Visitation will then take place at St. Peter and Paul R.C. Church, King's Cove on Tuesday, November 23 from 3:00 to 9:30 p.m. and from where the Mass will take place on Wednesday, November 24 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the R.C. Cemetery, King's Cove. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Peter and Paul R.C. Church, King's Cove.
