BOWERING, Hazel E. (nee Pottle) - Passed away suddenly at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, November 28, 2004, Hazel E. Bowering of Bryant's Cove, age 64 years. Leaving to mourn her loving husband: Baxter; brothers: William John Pottle, Job's Cove and Edward (Viola) Pottle, Western Bay, sister: Florence (Charlie) Yetman, Bryant's Cove; mother-in-law: Pearl Bowering, St. John's; sister-in-law: Ethel (Winston) Hunt, Oshawa, ON; brother-in-law: Lester (Ann) Bowering, St. John's; niece: Christina (Jeff) Whelan, Western Bay; five step-children: Carolyn (Rick) Young, Carl (Tara) Bowering, Sharon (Edward) Fitzgerald and Lois (Rick) Glynn, all of Conception Bay South and Paul (Debbie) Bowering, St. Philips; fifteen step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 9:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29. Then resting at Hickey's Funeral Home, Kelligrews after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30 and until 12:00 noon Wednesday, Dec. 1. Funeral service to follow at 2:30 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Long Pond. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Readers Hill Road, Long Pond.
