WHITE, Samuel J. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, January 18, Samuel J. White of Carbonear, age 56 years. Predeceased by parents: Samuel and Mary. Leaving to mourn: brother: Peter, Carbonear; sister: Alice G., Kelligrews; aunt: Gertie Lacey, Middlebury, Vermont, USA; also a number of cousins as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear and from where the funeral will take place on Thursday, January 20 at 1:30 p.m. Mass to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Carbonear.
