Obituary of Freeman Gillingham

GILLINGHAM, Freeman- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, February 3, 2005, Freeman Gillingham of Lower Island Cove, age 88 years. Leaving to mourn, wife: Stella; children: Kitty, Lower Island Cove and Maurene (Edward), Brampton, ON, Don White, Ontario, Elsie (Warren) Sparkes, Lower Island Cove and John Osmond; one granddaughter: Heather (Garth); three great-grandchildren: Tanaiya, Aneesia and Treyvon; one sister: Susie Fisher, Boston, Massachusetts; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Bethal United Church, Lower Island Cove and from where the funeral service will take place on Saturday, February 5 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Bethal United Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Bethal United Church, Lower Island Cove.
