FRENCH, Gordon L.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, February 16, 2005, Gordon L. French of Harbour Grace, age 84 years. Predeceased by wife: Mary, 2001; son-in-law: Ronald Coleman; brothers: James, Francis, William and Leonard; sisters: Ada, Sarah and Ruby Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Joy French Coleman, Harbour Grace; three grandsons: Gordon (Victoria), Harbour Grace, James (Tina), New Harbour and Michael (Bonnie), Florida; five great-grandchildren: Matthew, Elizabeth, Joshua, Jamie Lee and Bailey Joy; three sisters-in-law: Mary French, Florence French and Marlene French, all of St. John's; one brother-in-law: Robert (Nora) Janes, Paradise; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE until 12:00 noon Friday, February 18. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Parish of Harbour Grace CLB Chaplaincy Fund.
