PARSONS, Florence M.- Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Sunday, March 13, 2005, Florence M. Parsons of Victoria, age 76 years. Predeceased by husband: Roland; infant daughter: Peggy; grandson: Christopher; parents: Jabez and Jane Antle; brothers: Jack and Bill; sisters: Mary, Mildred and Annie. Leaving to mourn, three sons: Donald (Annette), Halifax, Roland (Jean), Carbonear and Brian (Brenda), Mount Pearl; six grandchildren: Donna, Darren, Aaron, Rebecca, Jessica and Aimee; six great-grandchildren: Samantha, Ashley, Mitchell, Megan, Claudia, Julianna and Sophia; two sisters: Fern Priddle and Lillian Vaters, both of Victoria; special niece and loved as a daughter to Florence and as a sister to her sons: Phyllis (Tom) Mutkus, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA; special friends and loved as family members Edna (Carl) Clarke, Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Wednesday, March 16. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Lung Association.
