EVELY, Phyllis E.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, May 16, 2005, Phyllis E. Evely of Victoria, age 52 years. Predeceased by parents: Gordon and Mabel Butt and brother: Ellis Butt. Leaving to mourn husband: Raymond; one daughter: Marsha R., Victoria; one son: Jason, Victoria; one granddaughter: Madison; five brothers: Garfield (Louise) Butt, Eben (Mildred) Butt, Calvin (Olive) Butt, Gordon Butt and Kordell (Yvette) Butt all of Victoria; three sisters: Cynthia (Jim) Clarke, Dorothy (Lloyd) Burgess and Donna (Gary) Penney, all of Victoria; sister-in-law: Olive Butt, Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:00 noon Friday, May 20. Funeral service to follow at 1:30 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church and Cemetery, Victoria. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre, St. John's.
