JOHNSON, Ethel E.- Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Monday, June 6, 2005, Ethel E. Johnson of Lower Island Cove, age 78 years. Predeceased by husband: Stephen; infant daughter; parents: Horatio and Elizabeth Turner; brother: John; sister: Lurley. Leaving to mourn, one son: Charles, St. John's; one granddaughter: Daphne, St. John's; two sisters: Nellie (Maxwell) Cooper, Lower Island Cove and Marguerite (Roy) Price, Port Rexton; sisters-in-law: Myrtle Turner, Winnipeg, Manitoba and Emma Hansen, Florida, USA; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove and from where the funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 9 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove.
