Obituary of Joseph Edgar

EDGAR, Joseph- Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Friday, August 19, 2005, Joseph Edgar of Riverhead, Hr. Grace, age 73 years. Predeceased by sisters: Dulcie and Edith. Leaving to mourn his common-law wife: Pauline Dempsey; five sisters: Jessie Dempsey and Christine Gillard, both of Englee, Mary Fillier, St. Anthony, Beatrice Pelley, Main Brook and Eleanor Squires, Deer Lake; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace and from where the funeral will take place on Monday, August 22 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
