KING, S. Lillian- Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Saturday, September 3, 2005, S. Lillian King of Broad Cove, age 94 years. Predeceased by her husband: Jabez R., 1987; daughter-in-law: Marion; granddaughter: Dianne; sisters: Annie, Jennie and Millicent; brothers: William and Malcolm. Leaving to mourn her daughter: Ada (Graham) White, Salmon Cove; two sons: Roy (Louise Rose), Western Bay and Jake (Violet), Broad Cove; eleven grandchildren: Beverley (Wayne), Joy (Steve), Ricky (Joanne), Denise (Christopher), Wayne (Michelle), Dallas (Gary), Roger (Lori), David, Roxanne (Steve), Kimberley (Todd) and Angie (Barry); fourteen great-grandchildren: Wayne (Michelle), Kelly, Christopher, Kassandra, Taylor, Kaylen, Neil, Allison, Mackenzie, Garrett, Mitchell, Michael, Travis and Hailey; one brother: John (Louisa) Delaney, Broad Cove; brother-in-law: Earl Whalen, Western Bay; sister-in-law: Maria King, Everett, Massachusetts, USA; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay until 12:00 noon Monday, September 5. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Broad Cove. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the United Church Cemetery Fund, Broad Cove.
