ROSE, Herman- Passed away after a short illness with cancer at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Winnipeg, MB on Tuesday, October 25, 2005, Herman Rose of Winnipeg, MB formerly of Salmon Cove, age 56 years. Predeceased by parents: Reuben and Lily; brothers: Lindy and Jack. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Helen Spence, Thompson, MB; five grandchildren; one brother: Oliver (Marie) Rose, Bishops Falls; two sisters: Lily King, Victoria and Gladys (John) Bussey, Bay Roberts; sister-in-law: Eileen Rose, Brampton, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends in Winnipeg, MB. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 29. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Interment in the Riverside United Cemetery, Salmon Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Herman Rose Memorial Fund.
