JACOBS, John H.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, November 26, 2005, John H. Jacobs of Ochre Pit Cove, age 75 years. Predeceased by sister: Audrey; sister-in-law: Millicent. Leaving to mourn, six brothers: Reg (Etta), Toronto, ON, Grayson, Western Bay, Ray (Olga), St. John's, Jim (Violet), Ochre Pit Cove, Frank, USA and Fred (Catherine), Northern Bay; brother-in-law: Simeon Sellars, Ochre Pit Cove; a large number of nieces, nephews; also other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay until 12:00 noon Tuesday, November 29. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Ochre Pit Cove. No flowers by request; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the North Shore Central Ambulance Fund.
