CROWLEY, Edith- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, February 28, 2006, Edith Crowley of Western Bay, age 88 years. Predeceased by sisters: Viola and Florence; brothers: Arthur, James and Nelson. Leaving to mourn, husband: Joseph; three daughters: Cecily Elliott, London, ON, Linda (Carl) Jenkins and Viola Sellars, both of Western Bay; three sons: Snowdon (Christine), London, ON, Samuel (Noria), Waterloo, ON and Murdock (Wendy), Morinville, AB; seventeen grandchildren: Eadie, Donny, Kathy, Tammy, Kelly, Robert, Jamie, Richard, Lisa, Preston, Curtis, Carrie, Angie, Terry, Jason, Shawn and Neil; fifteen great-grandchildren: Nicole, Ashley, Amanda, Mitchell, Daniel, Katelyn, Tanner, Tyler, Justin, Christopher, Rebecca, Nicholas, Dillon, Madison and Jade; brother-in-law: Grayson (Clarice) Crowley, Western Bay; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY until 12:00 noon Saturday, March 4. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church and Cemetery, Western Bay. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
