Obituary of Harold Anthony Cashin

CASHIN, Harold Anthony- Passed peacefully away at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Friday, March 31, 2006, Harold Anthony Cashin of Stephenville formerly of Harbour Grace, age 82 years. Predeceased by parents: John and Mary Cashin; brothers: Fergus, Douglas and Raymond; sisters: Mary Gauss and Nell Walsh. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 54 years Vera B. (nee Rideout); two daughters: Joanne (Patrick) Merrigan, Stephenville and Jocelyn (Edward Thomey), Edmonton, AB; five sons: Wayne (Lois), Mount Pearl, Tony (Lilian), Calgary, AB, Terry (Janet), Edmonton, AB, Sean (Yvonne) and Chris (Tara), both of Harbour Grace; fifteen precious grandchildren: Dana, Laura, Melissa, Krista, Stephanie, Jennifer (Lorne), Allison, Jason, Blair (Jolene), Andrea, Lindsay, Jaclyn, Jordan, Ryan and Cheryl; one sister: Maude Glavine, Windsor, NS; brother-in-law: Richard Rideout, Deer Lake; sister-in-law: Doris White, Deer Lake; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE and from where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
