PARSONS, Maude R.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, July 3, 2006, Maude R. Parsons of Victoria, age 76 years. Predeceased by son: Wayne; daughter: Elva; parents: Zacharias and Mary; brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn two daughters: Cavelle (Ned) Burke, Wabush and Judy (Tolson) Smith, Victoria; one son: Terry (Janet), Labrador City; daughter-in-law: Elsie Parsons, Victoria; eight grandchildren: Sheldon, Colleen, Claudine, Marcel, Lynette, Michelle, Kimberley and Robert; nine great-grandchildren: Brandon, Ryan, Rebecca, Amber, Megan, Randy, Terrianna, Kelsie and Shane; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 4 and until 12:00 noon Wednesday, July 5. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation.
