FAGNER, Albert- Passed peacefully away at the Dr. A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican on Monday, September 25, 2006, Albert Fagner of Lower Island Cove, age 88 years. Predeceased by 1st wife: Gladys; daughter: Edith Cavell; brothers: Philip, Jack, Berkley, Joe, Eddie and Charles; sisters: Edith Cavell and Betsy. Leaving to mourn, wife: Fannie; one daughter: Gladys (Melvin) Sparkes, Lower Island Cove; two grandchildren: Harvey (Jennifer) Sparkes, Lower Island Cove and Sylvia (Michael) Flight, St. John's; three great- grandchildren: Najaula, Logan and Liam; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove and from where the funeral will take place on Thursday, September 28 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army Building Fund or to the Dr. A.A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital.
