NOEL, Norma P. - Passed suddenly away at her residence on Friday, October 20, 2006, Norma P. Noel of Carbonear, age 69 years. Retired RN. Predeceased by her husband: David Clyde; parents: Albert and Alice Blundon; brother: Harry Blundon. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Karen (Lester) Wheadon, Carbonear; son: Peter (Ronda), Winchester, ON; grandson: Zachary Wheadon; two brothers: Randy (Lillian) Blundon, Mount Pearl and Cal (Diane) Blundon, Bay de Verde; seven sisters: Florence (Alex) Cowan, Mount Pearl, Ena (Mervyn) Emberley, Carbonear, Carmie Roy and Ellie (Bill) Sutton, both of Montague, PEI, Anna (Peter) Bursey, Lower Island Cove, Yvonne (Paul) Lambert, Carbonear and Patsy (Pierre) Coulombe, Orleans, ON; sister-in-law: Alma Blundon, St. John's; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear with visitation hours on Saturday, October 21 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Cremation to follow. Inurnment will take place on Monday, October 23 at 2:00 p.m. from Grace United Cemetery, Grates Cove. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
