BUTT, Mark- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, November 3, 2006, Mark Butt of Carbonear, age 84 years. Predeceased by parents: John and Julia Ann, granddaughter: Grace Murphy, sister: Marion, brother: Silas and sister-in-law: Jean Butt. Leaving to mourn, wife: Drucella; three daughters: Debbie (Reuben) Squibb, Carbonear, Carolyn (Sean) Murphy, Hammonds Plains, NS and Gina (Roger) Spurrell, Clarenville; six grandchildren: Christopher, Mark, Shayne, Harry, Susannah and Clara Beth; one sister: Emma (Reg) Clarke, Victoria; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:00 noon Monday, November 6. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment to follow in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Bethany United Church, Carbonear.
