KING, Leonard - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Sunday, February 4, 2007, Leonard King of Victoria, age 68 years. Predeceased by father: Ralph King; son-in-law: Brian Maillet. Leaving to mourn, wife: Edna; two daughters: Debbie Maillet, Victoria and Tammy (Terry) Churchill, St. John's; three grandchildren: Nicole, Michael and Hannah; mother: Eva King, Blackhead; four brothers: Reginald (Hilda), Blackhead, Wesley (Robena), Adam's Cove, Harvey (Elvie), Perry's Cove and Stanley (Wendy), Bay Roberts; one sister: Judy (Terry) Oliver, Blackhead; brothers-in-law: George (Rose) Butt, Winnipeg, Manitoba, John (Shirley) Butt, Salmon Cove and Clyde (Arlee) Butt, Winnipeg, Manitoba; sisters-in-law: Bernice (Dave) Hollett, Adam's Cove and Sandra (Nolan) Baggett, Blackhead; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:00 noon Wednesday, February 7. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Carbonear General Hospital Dialysis Unit.
