FITZGERALD, Mary A.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, March 1, 2007, Mary A. Fitzgerald of the Thicket, Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 85 years. Predeceased by parents: David and Annie Galway; brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn: husband: Bernard J.; five sons: Michael (Sadie), Thicket, Patrick (Marilyn), Thicket, Kevin (Dorothy), Spaniard's Bay, Joseph (Gloria), St. John's and Bernard C. (Mary), Thicket; grandchildren: Peggy, Scott, Tanya, Kevin, Dianne, Melissa, Amanda and Bernie; great-grandchildren: Taylor, MacKenzie, Jessica, Natasha, Brittany, Stacey, Dylan, Kelsey, Scott and Tracy; great-great-grandson: Ty; one sister: Emily Lynch, Upper Island Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace and from where the funeral will take place on Monday, March 5 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Upper Island Cove. As an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Mary Fitzgerald Memorial Fund.
