WICKS, Maryann- Passed peacefully away at the Scarborough General in Ontario on Friday, March 23, 2007, Maryann Wicks of Burnt Point, age 88 years. Predeceased by husband: Elijah; son: Andrew Wilson; grandson: Glenn Wayne; parents: Andrew and Elizabeth; brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn one daughter: Jean Burt (Spence Percy), Scarborough, Ontario; one son: Lloyd (Carol Ann), Burnt Point; daughter-in-law: Nellie (Art) Everson, Flatrock; six grandchildren: Jacqueline, Cindi (Jerome), Deanne (Steve), Andrew (Cindy), Kelly and Ryan; twelve great-grandchildren: Christopher (Kristen), Desirae, Nichole, Kyle, Caitlin, Cole, Canyon, Katie, Stephanie, Alexandra, Taylor and Hailey; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Calvary United Church, Burnt Point after 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 26 and from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Calvary United Cemetery, Burnt Point. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Calvary United Cemetery Fund, Burnt Point or the North Shore Central Ambulance Fund.
