Obituary of William LeShane

LESHANE, William L.- Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Dr. A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, William Lloyd LeShane of Lower Island Cove, age 74 years. Predeceased by father: Alexander; mother: Edith; sisters: Florence Slade and Olive Shaw. Leaving to mourn, wife: Mary (nee Lewis); daughter: Marilyn Crummey, Bedford, NS; granddaughters: Heather Crummey (Jeff Boutilier), Moncton, NB and Susan Crummey, Bedford, NS; sisters: Marion Gibbons, Bedford, NS and Daphne Hood, Halifax, NS; also a large number of other relatives and friends. As per William's request, cremation has taken place. Private family burial will follow. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. A.A.
