FORWARD, Frederick E. - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Sunday, March 13, 2011, Frederick Forward of Carbonear, age 80 years. Predeceased by: wife: Elizabeth; parents: James and Winnifred; brothers: Jack, Wilson, Hayward, Steward and James; sisters: Ada and Elizabeth. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Winnifred (Christopher) Budden, Denver, Colorado and Michelle (Craig) Case, Victoria; four sons: Bruce (Leslie) Forward, Fred Jr. (Cindy), John (Florence) and Wayne (Valerie), all of Carbonear; twelve grandchildren: Bradley, Jamie, Chad, Ashley, Christina, Jennifer, Jonathan, Keegan, Liam, Michaela, Megan and Joshua; five great-grandchildren: Mark, Spencer, Noah, Emily and Bronson; sisters-in-law: Audrey Forward, Buchan's, Leona Forward, Carbonear and Evelyn Clarke, Victoria; brother-in-law: Herb Clarke, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear after 7:00 p.m. Monday. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 16 at 2:30 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of NL.
