JOHNSON, Florrie M. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, November 24, 2014, Florrie M. Johnson of Job's Cove, age 79 years. Predeceased by parents: Herbert and Mabel Bishop; brothers: Gordon (Jeanette) and Woodrow; son-in-law: Charlie Loveless. Leaving to mourn, husband: B. Douglas; three daughters: Joan Loveless, Seal Cove, Eileen Johnson, Clarenville and Phyllis Johnson, Gander; two sons: Douglas H. (Ann Marie), Clarenville and Roger (Aileen), St. John’s; five grandchildren: Wayne, Kevin, Katherine, Nicole and Samantha; two sisters: Betty (Ray, deceased) Ryan and Eileen (Eric) Andrews, both of La Scie; sister-in-law: Dorothy Bishop, La Scie; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Tuesday from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, November 27 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Job's Cove. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove, c/o Lieutenants Chris and Tonia Street, P.O. Box 55, Lower Island Cove, NL, A0A 2W0.
