Obituary of Ivor C. Noftle

NOFTLE, Ivor C. - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, Ivor C. Noftle of Broad Cove, age 83 years. Predeceased by parents: Fred and Alice; brothers: Ralph, Guy, Stan (Eileen) and Hebert; sisters: Pearl (Tom), Doris (Joe), Enid (Tom), Shirley and Sylvia (Warren). Leaving to mourn, wife: Olive; three sons: Gary, Fred (Nina) and Rick (Glenda), all of Buchans; five grandchildren: Trudy (Paul), Sheri (Josh), Stephanie, Melissa and Tim; one great-grandchild: Luke; sister: Beatrice Noftle, London, ON; sisters-in-law: Ellen Noftle and Elexey Noftle, both of Carbonear and Patricia Noftle, London, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the United Church, Buchans on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, January 10 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Buchans.
