Obituary of Edmund Lambert

LAMBERT, William Edmund (1943-2015) – Passed peacefully away on January 6th, 2015 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s, Edmund Lambert of Grates Cove, age 71 years. Predeceased by his parents, Annie and Wallace Lambert; mother-in-law, Gladys Hodder; brother-in-law, Clayton Blundon and sister-in-law, Daphne Hodder. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife, Hilda; sons, Barry (Joan) and Brett (Cathy); daughters, Cindy (Jim) and Kimberley (Todd); grandchildren, Jennifer, Natasha, Kyle, Kayla, Todd, Terrilynn, Jordan, Carlee and Lexie; great-grandchildren, Liam and Sydney; sister, Judy; brothers, Carson (Georgiana) and Ramsey (Angela); father-in-law, Ellis Hodder; sisters-in-law, Clara Abbott (Neville) and Darlene Whelan (Barry) and brother-in-law, Harry Hodder; also a large circle of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Luke’s Anglican Church, Grates Cove on Friday, January 9th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, January 10th from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Luke’s Anglican Church on Sunday, January 11th at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment in St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery, Grates Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to St. Luke’s Anglican Church, General Delivery, Grates Cove, NL, A0A 2L0.
