Obituary of Elihu R. Snook

Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, March 29, 2015, Elihu R. Snook of Victoria, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents, Johnny and Elizabeth, brothers: Ned and George. Leaving to mourn, wife: Annie, four daughters: Claudette (Dale) Snook, Georgetown, Anneliese (Barry) Clarke, Pauline (George) Russell and Dana (Perry) Short, all of Victoria; three grandchildren: Victoria, Kaitlyn and John; two sisters: Louise (John) Penney, Carbonear and Elsie (Roland) Snow, Freshwater, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear on Monday, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, April 1 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Victoria. Interment in Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Victoria. Flowers gratefully accepted, donations in his memory may be made to Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre, 300 Prince Philip Drive, St. John’s, NL, A1B 3V6.
