JOHNSON, Ellen - Passed peacefully away at Dr. A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican on Thursday, November 10, 2011, Ellen Johnson of Gull Island, age 90 years. Predeceased by brothers: Thomas, John and Bernard; sisters: Bridget, Annie, Winnifred and Mary Agnes. Leaving to mourn one brother: Morgan, St. John's; one sister: Elizabeth McCarthy, Gull Island; a number nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Friday, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to5:00 p.m., & 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., Sunday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, November 14 at 10:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay. Interment in Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Cemetery, Northern Bay. Flowers gratefully accepted or as expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay.
