Obituary of Leonard G. Antle

(November 24, 1949 – December 13, 2015) Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, December 13, 2015, Leonard G. Antle of Clarke's Beach, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents: Willis and Rowena; grandparents: Leonard and Georgina; parents-in-law: Harold and Jean; brother-in-law: George. Leaving to mourn, wife: Sandra; eight brothers: Bob (Theresa), Carbonear, Ray (Bev), Victor and Ananias (Westly), all of Victoria, Alvin (Nancy), South River, Hughie (Louise) and Neil (Elizabeth), both of Winterton, Paul, Alberta; six sisters: Phyllis Clarke, Elizabeth Reynolds and Valerie Antle, all of Carbonear, Angela King, Victoria, Ann (Dave) Sparklin, Toronto, ON and Sophie (Wayne) Slade, Salmon Cove; sisters-in-law: Shirley (Wade) Parsons, St. John’s, Fleda (Paul) Taylor, South River and Janice Sheppard, Clarke’s Beach; brothers-in-law: Harold (Whit) Moore and Gary (Fran) Moore, both of Clarke’s Beach; special nephews, nieces and the best special great nephew and niece in the bay, Preston and Jordan; special aunt: Elise Clarke, St.John’s; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Pentecostal Church, Clarke’s Beach on Tuesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, December 17 at 2:00 p.m. from the Pentecostal Church, Clarke’s Beach. Interment in the Pentecostal Cemetery, Clarke’s Beach. No flowers by request, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
