Passed peacefully away surrounded by her three loving daughters and her sister at Lisaard House, Cambridge, ON on Thursday, April 7, 2016, Sadie (Merrigan) Holloway, age 64 years. Predeceased by her parents: William and Margaret Merrigan, sister: Mary Margaret and special nephews: Wayne Paul McGurk and Jamie MacAskill. Leaving to mourn, her beloved daughters: Tina (Jeff) Beaulé, Sherry (Sylvain) Leclerc and Tracey Holloway (Frank Oates); dear grandchildren: Eric, Lance and Maxime; former husband: James Holloway; siblings: Catherine (Barry) MacAskill, John (Margaret) Merrigan, Frank (Carol) Merrigan, Angela (Paul) Merrigan-McGurk, Anthony (Rosalind) Merrigan, Helen Merrigan, William (Beverley) Merrigan, Michael Merrigan and James (Trudy) Merrigan; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. A special thank you is extended by the family to all the staff and volunteers of the Lisaard House in Cambridge, ON. Your kindness, caring, and selfless dedication to your patients made our mother's last few months ones filled with love, laughter, family and friends, and many special memories. The amazing loving care our Mother received from each and every one of you was above and beyond. We will never forget all you have done. Our family will be forever grateful. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, July 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, July 19, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, July 19 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Carbonear. Inurnment to follow in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Carbonear.
