August 13, 1941- June 20, 2016 Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, June 20, 2016, Lawrence E. Cole of Victoria, age 74 years. Predeceased by parents: Mark and Florence. Leaving to mourn, wife: Marina; two daughters: Lorrie Cole (Albert Foley), Easton, PA and Sonya (Jeff) Cole, Labrador City; one son: Tony (Tara Legge), Halifax, NS; three grandchildren: Katie Foley, Rebeckah Cole and Andrew Foley; two brothers: Mark Jr. (Cynthia) Cole, Victoria and Brian (Sherrie) Cole, Salmon Cove; six sisters: Margaret (David) Clarke, Salmon Cove, Robina Cole, Victoria, Unetha (Melvin, deceased) Penney, Salmon Cove, Sheila Cole, Halifax, NS, Patricia (Kevin) Bussey, Port de Grave and Melena (Wally) Pike, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, June 24 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria.
