November 19, 1950 - August 7, 2016 Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, August 7, 2016, Eileen Slade of Victoria, age 65 years. Predeceased by husband, George; parents: James and Alfreda Cull; sister: Alma (Cecil) Meadus; brothers: Graham, Raymond, and Cyril. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Lisa (Brian) Cole, Victoria; three brothers: Carmen (Lorna) Cull, Broad Cove, twin brother Steve (Phyllis) Cull, Carbonear, and Wayne (Angela) Cull, Broad Cove; sisters-in-law: Joan Cull, Small Point, Phyllis Cull, Broad Cove, Pearl Cull, Western Bay, and Isabel (Roscoe) Cole, Victoria; two special nephews: Terry and Tony Cull, Small Point; special friends: Terry and Wanda King, Victoria; a large number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Sunday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.; Monday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, August 9 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church and Cemetery, Salmon Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
