Passed peacefully away at her residence on Monday, February 13, 2017, Madonna A. Callahan of Harbour Grace, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents: James and Annie Callahan, sisters: Alice (Lawrence) and Carmelita (Baxter), brothers; Bernard and Michael. Leaving to mourn, four brothers: Jack (Rowena) Callahan, Winnipeg, MB, James (Paula) Callahan, North River, Edward (Donna) Callahan, CBS, and Brian (Eileen) Callahan, Spaniard’s Bay; three sisters: Mary (Leo) Delaney, Stephenville, Patsy Hearn, Harbour Grace and Helen (Cecil) Russell, Bay Roberts; sisters-in-law: Sharon Callahan, Winnie Callahan, Elizabeth Callahan, and Margaret Callahan; nieces and nephews, especially great-niece: Kaylee, whom she dearly loved; also other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Wednesday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Friday, February 17 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in St. Ann's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Spaniard's Bay.
