Obituary of Victoria 'Vickie' Parsons

Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, March 4, 2017, Victoria 'Vickie' Parsons of Harbour Grace, age 82 years. Predeceased by parents: James and Annie Vickers; brothers: Howard and Bill; sisters: Emily and Dorothy; daughter-in-law: Paulette. Leaving to mourn, husband: Charles; one daughter: Tara (Chris) Cashin, Harbour Grace; two sons: Todd (Shelley Reid), Harbour Grace and Tyrone (Pamela), Fredericton, NB; four grandchildren: Cheryl (Andrew), Leslie, Cassandra, and Reilly; two great-grandchildren: Hana-Jane and Solomon; three sisters: Bernadette (Junior) O'Brien, Cape Broyle, Rose Dunne, Witless Bay, and Hilda Poekel, Boston, Massachusetts, USA; sisters-in-law: Hazel (Leo) Purcell, Olive Holloway, and Ethel Stone, all of Harbour Grace, Irene Stone, Bryant’s Cove, Amelia Wimer, New York, USA, and Greta (Bert) Brickman, Arizona, USA; also a large number of other relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Monday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Wednesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 8 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace.
