Obituary of Frances C. Earle

Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, May 4, 2017, Frances C. Earle of Carbonear, age 90 years. Predeceased by husband: George; parents: William and Fannie Howell; sisters: Alma (Mark) Badcock, Flora McCarthy, and Jean Taylor; brothers: Mac (Josephine), Fred (Dorothy), and Roy (Blanche). Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Lydia Ash and Lynda (Christopher) O'Grady, both of Carbonear; one son: Neil (Susan), California, USA; three grandchildren: Jennifer (Paul), Michael (Sarah) and Jessica (Jonathan); two great-grandchildren: Sarah and Matthew; one brother: Duncan (Eunice, deceased) Howell, Calgary, AB; one sister: Emma Wells, St. John’s; brother-in-law: Clarence Taylor, St. John’s; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Friday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, May 7 at 2:00 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the St. James Anglican Church Building Fund, P.O.
