Obituary of H. Alton Turnbull

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, August 26, 2017, H. Alton Turnbull of Victoria, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents: Walter and Jessie Turnbull; brothers: Eric, Bill and Fred; sisters: Delphine, Racheal, and Lillian. Leaving to mourn, wife: Elsie; two daughters: Kimberley Craig, New York, USA and Josephine Turnbull, Carbonear; one son: Harvey Turnbull, Tumbler Ridge, BC; seven grandchildren; two brothers: Cliff, Nova Scotia and Harris (Sharon), Victoria; two sisters: Agnes Bizarred and Julie Brown, both of Ontario; brother-in-law: Norman Roberts, Labrador; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Sunday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.; Monday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church and Cemetery, Victoria.
