Obituary of June Layman

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, June Layman of Ochre Pit Cove, age 80 years. Predeceased by husband: Patrick James; son: Jamie; brothers: Bud Park and Bill Park. Leaving to mourn, three sons: John (Michelle), Ochre Pit Cove, Dan (Trina), Sudbury, ON, and Bruce (Jen), Carbonear; step-daughter: Patricia (Mike) Cavasin, Merritt, BC; daughter-in-law: Kimberley Layman; thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother: Ray (Joan) Park; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Monday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, December 4 at 11:00 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Northern Bay.
