Obituary of Edna Rose

Passed peacefully away at her residence on Monday, January 15, 2018, Edna Rose of Harbour Grace, age 80 years. Predeceased by husband: Allan; parents: Gilbert and Annabelle Janes; sisters: Ruth, Gertie, and Lou; brothers: Robert and John. Leaving to mourn, four daughters: Mae (George) Rose, Port de Grave, Elizabeth (Wallace) Saunders, Spaniard’s Bay, Theresa (Jerry) Pike, Harbour Grace, and Bernice (Steven) Stone, Bryant’s Cove; three sons: Wayne (Peggy), Harbour Grace, Paul, Port de Grave, and Gary (Sharon), Harbour Grace; thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one brother: George Janes, Upper Island Cove; one sister: Effie Hynes, Upper Island Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, January 18 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace.
