BAGGS, A. Marion - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Sunday, December 9, 2012, A. Marion Baggs of Adams Cove, age 90 years. Predeceased by husband: Frederick; daughter: Eileen; son-in-law: Richard Hibbs and sister: Leah. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Florence (Don) King, Mount Pearl, Doreen (Grayson) Penney, Western Bay and Shirley (Leonard) Corrigan, Adams Cove; one son: Burton (Stella), Mount Pearl; eight grandchildren: Craig, Paula, Tracy, Sean, Curtis, Valerie, Lisa and Duane; nine great-grandchildren; brother: Calvin (Sophie) White, Western Bay; three sisters: Elvira Glover, Western Bay, Ethel Baggs, Rexdale, ON and Hope Power, Kingston, ON; sisters-in-law: Pearl (Melvin) Finlayson, Glace Bay, NS and Lilly Hollett, Grand Beach; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Tuesday, December 11 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 12 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, December 12 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in the United Church Cemetery, Blackhead. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the TCP Health Foundation.
