Passed peacefully away at her residence on Friday, April 27, 2018 Shirley Harris of Carbonear, age 53 years. Predeceased by husband: Shawn; parents: Marcus and Nellie Noel; father-in-law: Wilbert Harris; brothers-in-law: Leslie Dove and Hubert White; sister-in-law: Judy Fahey. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Kristen Harris (Drew), Carbonear; four brothers: Harold (Sandra) Noel, Perry’s Cove, Marcus (Dianne) Noel, Englehart, ON, David (Evelyn) Noel, Victoria, and Jesse Noel, Carbonear; four sisters: Mildred (Bud) Chafe, Hr. Grace, Marilyn (Jim) McCarthy, Pictou, NS, Sylvia White and Nellie Dove, both of Carbonear; mother-in-law: Mary Harris, Carbonear; brothers-in-law: Barry (Debbie) Harris, Eastern Passage, NS, Randy (Diane) Harris, Carbonear, and Terry Fahey, Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Annette (Bill) Sheppard, Victoria and Sherry (Wayne) Mercer, Carbonear; her fur baby Coley; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
